Lead Proponent Agent

Lead: Carbon Eyes interpretation of the primary corporate entity behind a project. It combines proponent and agent data using grouping logic, with stats aggregated on that basis.
Proponent: The party or parties listed in the CER register as responsible for running the project. They hold the legal right to carry out activities and to be issued ACCUs from those activities.
Agent: The authorised individual or organisation listed in the CER register. They act on behalf of the proponent for ACCU scheme tasks such as applications and reporting.
