Paroo Station Regeneration Project is a Human-Induced Regeneration project located at Paroo Station, approximately 58km northwest of Wiluna in the Mid West region of Western Australia. It was registered in December 2021 and covers 322,821 ha.

Human-Induced Regeneration projects involve assisting the natural regeneration of native forests on land where vegetation was previously cleared and its regrowth suppressed for at least 10 years. Proponents actively remove suppressive pressures, in this case, by managing the timing and extent of livestock grazing, allowing in-situ seed sources, rootstock, and lignotubers to grow into permanent even-aged native forests that ultimately reach a height of at least 2 metres and 20% canopy cover.

The Wiluna area is traditionally known for extensive pastoral cattle and sheep farming, as well as large-scale mining operations. The region is classified as an arid to semi-arid environment experiencing low, highly variable rainfall, and the local soils generally consist of red desert loams, sandy loams, and red earthy sands.

An interesting aspect of this property is that it also hosts the Paroo Station Lead Carbonate Mine, historically one of the world's largest pure lead mines. The pastoral lease and carbon project are held by proponent James Pengelly Ford, with major energy company Mitsui E&P Australia Pty Limited participating as an agent, likely to secure carbon offsets for its commercial operations.
